Payment Options:
GetFlyJumpers.com accepts many different forms of payments from our
customers. All orders can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and PayPal. You may also pay by Debit through your
PayPal account if you wish o pay by debit. Also, if you choose to pay
through your PayPal account you will also be able to use many other
souces of payment as PayPal provides the most amount of payment options
available online. We also accept checks and money orders, however
payment takes approximately 10 business days to clear and just like any
other order, nothing will be processed untill all the funds have
successfully entered our account.
Limited Warranty:
GetFlyJumpers.com warrants all product parts excluding springs to be
free from defects in
material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one year
from the date of purchase. GetFlyJumpers.com warrants springs
to be free from defects in
material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for 6 months
from date of purchase. The obligation of GetFlyJumpers.com is limited
to
the replacement of defective parts, repair or credit of
GetFlyJumpers.com's original sales price. This warranty does not cover
shipping, handling, freight charges or duties. Please note that proof
of purchase is required for any warranty claim. This warranty is
invalid if purchaser fails to properly operate and/or maintain the
product and this warranty is not transferable to third parties. This
warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and
representations, expressed or implied except as stated above. There is
no warranty for fitness for particular purpose or warranty of
merchantability. Except as otherwise agreed herein, GetFlyJumpers.com
shall not be liable for special or consequential damages, such as, but
not limited to, loss of use of the product, cost or replacement of the
product. Tampering, accident, abuse, and negligence, unauthorized
repairs or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship
will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and
tear. GetFlyJumpers.com does not assume any responsibility
for personal injury or property damage incurred by or through its use.
Currency:
At GetFlyJumpers.com we are dedicated towards providing our customers
with a very safe transaction process. In order to provide our customers
with the safest transaction method possible we have chose to use Yahoo
Merchant Solution Software as our secure SSL checkout manager because
we consider Yahoo to be the best in the business. Being a part of the
Yahoo network requires us to only be able to accept payments in USD.
However, not to worry for all of our Canadian customers because we have
altered all of our prices to reflect the difference in currencies and

Shipping and Taxes:
We ship via the Canada Post to any address within Canada. All in-stock
orders are shipped out the same day that the order was placed. Transit
times are usually 1-7 days depending on where in Canada the item is
headed. Prices do not include any taxes. By law we are required to
collect tax on all merchandise shipped within Canada. If your shipping
address is in Canada then 5% GST is mandatory, and if the shipping
address is within Ontario, then 8% PST & 5% GST must be
charged.
Refund, Returns and
Cancellation Policies:

enjoyable one and we back it by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for
any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with our products or
service, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full
refund, replacement or exchange. However all items must be in the same
condition as it was when it was shipped and still in the original
packaging as all products are specially packaged. If we receive the
item back and it has been used or the packaging has been tampered with,
the refund will not be granted and we will then ship the item back to
you at your cost. If the packaging has not been tampered with, we will
refund 100% of your purchase price minus shipping. Shipping to and from
GetFlyJumpers.com is the buyers responsibility however,
GetFlyJumpers.com will also reimburse customers for the cost of the
return shipping if damaged products are received or for incorrect
shipments on our behalf.
All returns must be received by GetFlyJumpers.com within 30 days from
the date of purchase and please inform us via email if you wish to
return your product before you ship. Please be sure to mail your parcel
back to us via your Post Office using Regular Parcel Post. We will not
refund shipping charges on parcels returned any other way. Please add a
short note inside the parcel clearly stating what the problem was with
the order. Don't forget to include a copy of the invoice, or at least a
short note who the parcel is from, and what your address and telephone
number is inside the parcel.

6. We will only attempt to beat the prices from a list of our known

we reserve the right to refuse an attempt to beat the price of any

7. We will only attempt to beat the price of like for like products
